need to add more bass to the audio
is there anytyhing i can make it real easy and just 'grab' an output from something in the truck to become an input for an aftermarket amp?
I dont need anything high tech, just looking for something i can splice into and get some input so i can add one of those quick and fast bass boxes with an amp for my kids.
Maybe at some point, might add an aftermarket head unit and run new RCAs and completley eliminate the MB audio, but for now, just lookign for a way to get an RCA input for a bass amp.
Thanks for any input / help...
cheers

I think you should post in the Audio Forum. Youll get a response there for sure

I added a Rockford Fosgate 10"amplified subwoofer. I tapped into the Factory HK amplifier output that go to the rear door. The sub as high level input so no need of line converter. Sounds AMAZING!!

If you have the HK factory audio system the factory amplifier is on the left . I tapped into the wires going to the rear doors. I exposed a section of the cables, wrapped the tapping wires around it and solder them .
