Electric steering column is stuck, neither position working

Hello! My first post here.
Well, a problem made me come here, and that's the steering column.
Is my first Mercedes, a W219, so far so good, but I bought it with the electric column not working, stuck in the up position.

No UP, no DOWN, no IN, no OUT. It's stuck.
I hear a click from the right side of the car when I control the lever.
So far tried to punch the steering wheel how was said in the forum, no changes.
Deactivated the easy entry, still a no go
I can't hear the electric motors running

Does somebody knows what it can be? I can understand a motor gone, but not both.

moody tilt

let this is steering-tilt be a learning curve for your new scanner and research skills. That will serve you well.

there's an nut adjustment that self-tightens - If you're prepared to work up side down under your dashboard, that's where 5mn job is needed.

I removed the lower trim to look at the column but did not saw that nut. I saw on YouTube something about that, but it was for > W212 and as I saw, the column is different for newer models. I will look again, maybe I was wrong. Thanks

Try punching the steering column, near the electric motors or even directly the motors. With a small hammer.
