2009 E550 misfire problem

So I keep having this problem where on the passenger side bank all four cylinders are miss firing I changed spark plugs and coil packs and still misfiring can I have jumped timing or my fuel injectors on that side are bad I知 lost right now des are the codes and I知 running straight pipe no cats or resonators or mufflers with a x pipe

Good job with your scanner

Your misfiring issue is caused by O2/Lambda sensors not working.
Either burned fuse or old units.
Actually they have been removed so your injection is nuts.

so I need to put the 02 sensors back in and it shud be good

order des as well I値l see how everything goes once they are put in
