E350 2007 - transmission or conducter plate issue
1st time on here- my vehicle runs fine as long as i stay under 50 mph- if i go over it drops out of gear- 20-30 sec & it starts back up again- runs fine- frustrated- any ideas ????

Did you scan the transmission module for codes? The 722.9 has a lot of common speed sensor issues that require either a new conductor plate or repair.

it sounds like the trans went into limp mode (or go home mode), and a restart can clear it albeit temporarily. the issue will come back where you're stuck in 2nd gear only plus reverse.
i had the same symptoms on my 08 recently. a scan saw speed sensor 3 is faulty pointing to the conductor plate. you will need to scan yourself to find out for certain.
