Cool Clear lenses for 05'

I am trying to find anyone that sells the clear front bumper lenses for a 2005 E-Class. Any ideas?

I would prefer this route as well, since I do not like the idea of putting in the euro bumper strips and letting the bulb just hang on the inside there. If a viable way of removing the bulb and not having the warning come on was available, I would put in the bumper strips since they do indeed look 10 times better, but since that is not the case...I have been looking and have yet to find someone who makes the clear bumper lenses for our car..

It's not that big of a deal. Use some duct tape or electrical tape to hold the wire & bulb in place. I don't think it's anything to worry over. The Euro Strips are worth the price of the hassle envolved.

Does anyone have a picture of the Euro Strip on their car? I would like to see what they look like. It puzzles me how they (aftermarket places) can make clear lenses for the C class but not the E class. Just so there is no confusion I am talking about the amber lenses, turn signals, on the front bumper.

Have a look at the strip on my sig. The Euro strip has no light of any description on it.

The C-Class lenses just pop off by simply prying on them. The E-Class lenses are built into the strips and cannot be removed without taking the entire strip off.

For the longest time, European and most Asian versions of all Benz's don't have the clear reflectors/lights on the bumper strip. I often wonder why they need them in the US. The funny thing is, the Japanese are selling the US bumper strips (with the lights) as an aftermarket "mod" part...........

No problem, try steve@mbenznl.com. Steve or Wanda will hook you up with these and ship them to your doorstep. I ordered mine last month for my E55 & SL500 and got them in just a little over a week.

Here's their site FYI, they're a site sponsor...

Try here. A lot of memebrs do trade with these folks. The best part is they come colour coded and can easily swapped out in 5 mins per side.

Remember there are different versions depending if you have Parktronic or not!
