Power folding mirrors not available not even as an option.

My theory is that if you have your mirrors folded, it may attract people to walk between YOUR car and the one next to it increasing the chance that they will scratch your car through unintentional carelessness. I think a scratched mirror is the better result?
Unfortunately that thinking doesn't work like that in the States. Every morning I walk through my parking lot at the train station and see people just bumping into cars and mirrors left and right. I've seen people hitting other people's cars and not even having the common courtesy to leave a note saying that they are sorry. People are A**holes over here; sad really...

Folding mirrors are necessary in a country that has limited parking and narrow streets. In the US it is not a necessity with our large roads and ample parking. It is amazing that we (US car owners) got by with out folding mirror until just a few years ago.
