In a nutshell:
MB is the better balanced car, cheaper (30'000 Euro less), more space inside, more support/security systems, comfortable.
Panamera is a sportscar, 4wheel drive is a plus and at extreme speeds slightly better to handle.

While both are great cars, MB won this comparison
