Purchased 2weeks ago. Plentiful power. Decent fuel economy (19ish currently), wonderful tech w/ P2. DriveDynamic seat is amazing. Already broke 1k mi, purchased with 31.

I had a Flint Mica/Gray '05 LS430 before my 550i and really liked it as well. Decided I wanted something with a sportier drive so I went to the BMW. I have an E550 Sport on order that is due late December to replace the 550i. I really liked the Steel Gray but finally decided on the Obsidian Black with Natural Beige. I got it with P2, Driver Assistance, Parktronic, Panoramic Sun Roof, Night View, Split Folding Seat, Heated Steering Wheel, Drive Dynamic and Rear Side Airbags. Just decided to add the trunk lid spoiler as well. Looking forward to getting it.

 

Both great cars but they drive VERY different....

 

Just returned my 06 LS430 (Black on Black Ultra Luxury) with 50K miles - 4 Years no repairs (my 4th LS in a row. My new E550 luxury (Capri Blue w/ Ash interior, P2, Parktronic, Rear Airbags, Drive Dynamic Seat, Night Veiw, Distronic package) just cleared cutoms and should be delivered next week.
I am looking forward to the E550 as I have gotten bored with the lexus.

 

that was my second LS430 as well. First was an '03 i drove to about 110k. Traded it for the '06. Got bored as well and switched to the E550. I like the fact that the suspension and trans setting can change up the drive type depending on the mood i'm in

 

Oh it's fun that we have people here driving a car before the microprocessor was invented... tell us, how was it using only steam?

 

this is whats been in/out of the family the past 15 years or so.
