2011 E63 Black/Black
Picked up my first Benz yesterday!
Agonized over the color - couldn't make my mind between the black w/almond or the white, but settled on 2010 E350 Sport Arctic White w/ natural beige leather, P1, and wheel package. Wanted P2 specifically for the keyless go and Bi Xenons, but ultimately couldn't abide the hockey stick LED fogs. If they were the same style as the E63, I would have been all over that, but I like the twin circular lamp enclosures of the regular fog/pkg lamps.
I've owned BMW's since 1997 - a llittle bittersweet that there's no longer a Bimmer in the garage, but I'm really digging this Benz at first blush. A little sad to see my 2003 E39 M5 go, but it was starting to get expensive, and it was time to try something else.
Love the technology features on this car and to me, the interface is excellent. Easy pair to my iPhone 3Gs, but had to figure a work around to get the address book - even that was as easy as pie
. Just synced my contacts, exported the whole address book to a v-card file on my desk top, turned on the BT on my macbook, sat it in the passenger seat, let it find the MB bluetooth, and accepted transder of contacts for v-card file on the car. Sent the whole book over with no problems that I can tell.
Took the time to individualize the VR system so even a German computer can understand my Coastal Southern American English accent![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)
Looking forward to getting into the manuals.

Very nice, I am not a fan of the hockey sticks either but I cant imagine buying an expensive car and not have Keyless Go. IMO MB should make Keyless go standard equipment on all their vehicles from now on. Post some sexy pics of your new ride. Enjoy.

A lot of people might not agree but I think that the hockey stick led's look better than the straight ones I have on my E63...I guess the grass is always greener.

Here are some pics - my disclaimer is that I am a very poor photographer and didn't have much time.

MY MB 2011 350 HAS NATURAL BEIGE LEATHER INTERIOR. THE INTERIOR SEEMS TO HAVE SOME DISCOLORATION WHICH CAN NOT BE CLEANED. I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH MY MB DEALER WHO ORDER A REPLACEABLE INTERIOR PACKAGE FOR THE FACTORY, HOWEVER WHEN THE INTERIOR PACKAGE CAME IN, IT LOOKED AS BAD AS MY INTERIOR. MY DEALER IS REQUESTING THAT I CALL MB CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAS ANYONE HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM.

THE DISCOLORATION WOULD NOT SHOW IN A PICTURE, VISUAL REVIEW WOULD BE MORE NOTICEABLE. IT APPEARS TO BE A LIGHT LIGHT BLUE GRAY COLOR WHICH APPEARS TO LOOK LIKE THE INTERIOR IS SOME WHAT DIRTY. CALL ME IF YOU HAVE ANYOTHER QUESTIONS (310 930-6007).

My wife had similar issues with her GLK. The indigo blue dye from her jeans was rubbing off / into the seats. She ended up cleaning them every other day to minimize the staining. I don't recall what she was using to clean...something that came in a wipe container. Worked pretty well up to the time we traded it on her MDX. Funny thing is that her MDX has the same color interior but doesn't seem to have any issues with he blue jeans any longer. MB specific issue?
