Oh boy, a high-voltage module to deal with in-rush currents. Sounds appealing to see how to unstuck the deflator.
It only takes 4 screws and 10mn to fly the seat out. Disconnect the main battery prior for good measure.
You can totally expect zero risk of discharge once that module is unplugged for 5 seconds. It's an upconverter like the trunk module that powers 110/220 convenience outlet.
