hi all,
My 2011 E350 is acting up again..
It starts at 700 RPM at idle but as soon as i put it in D or R, the RPM drops below 500 and the car starts shaking..
I clean both EGR valves but didn't help..
Could it be transmission mount or Engine mount?

Have you cleaned your MAF intake sensor 'cause they get coated by sticky dirt and start screwing up the mixture.
Take a look at live FUEL TRIMS data to see if bank are in tune or off balance, how far rich/lean.
What maintenance has be done to this engine for the past 25KMi??
May be you got some catching up do besides oil changes:
Probably just need motor mounts. All of these W212 and W204 cars end up needing mounts after 100K and it's no picnic. Sometimes you can reduce the vibration with a transmission mount if it's really bad when putting into reverse. She will still need front mounts
