If your a usaa member you'll get 2k under. If not it takes time and patients. Dealers are typically more willing to deal near the end of the month.

As a USAA member, you can get $2k under invoice without negotiation. However, the dealers I have dealt with just honor the $2k under invoice offer without me mentioning USAA membership, so I don't see any reason why you can't get a dealer to match it.
Yes there is a small difference between dealer invoice and edmunds invoice, which is the marketing advertisement money that dealer has to pay MBUSA, which varies in regions. In my region (SoCal) it's $600.

so all i do is go the dealer and tell him ppl are getting 2000 under invoice and ask him to match it? yes there is always a slight difference in edmunds and dealer invoice, usually by 400 to 600 here in massachusetts even with the last two toyotas that i have bought! i just didnt know if it was true for mercedes's as well!! thank you for your feedback.

Give me your MA zip code and the options you want including color, and I can check what the USAA price is, then you bring this exact # to the dealer telling them that's what you can get thru USAA.

sounds like a good deal , thats almost 7000 off MSRP right?? maybe i should make my dealer an offer of $62000 as well over the phone, see what he says! what did u get for interest rate?? they offering 3.9% for 66, but i heard that have a 1% margin as well, can i negotiate that and bring it down to 2.9% for 66??

So all these deals for ordered cars, right? If you getting a car from lot, then you should negotiate lower. I decide to wait until 2011 model will coming to get better deal for current year stock. I guess the best month to buy is August. Meantime I can check what other makers offer.

What were the terms of the deal? How far under invoice did you get??

I'd like to know as well. I am in Northern Jersey and would appreciate any help. Was thinking of just a P1 car, but at these discounts, might spring for a P2 one instead. How many of you are getting the Tire and Wheel warranty with the Sports Package?

i got $7300 off of MSRP. which actually turns out to be $2200 under dealer invoice or about $1800 under edmunds invoice. since MB financial did not have a special interest rate for 66 months, i just got my own financing from a credit union. I'm not a member of USAA but if nany of you are, i believe they give you $2000 under invoice right away!!
Good Luck!!

E-350 4MATIC Silver
E350 4MATIC, Silver, P1, AMG Wheels. MSRP 56,675. Invoice 52770. As per Dealer the invoice price is 53,940 (beacause he is adding extra money for Silver color but Edmund does not). I got it for 49k (I received employer discount of $1000). $3700 below invoice as per Edmunds and 4940 below invoice as per Dealer. What you guys think about this deal ?
