I read somewhere that you can turn it on on the 2009-older e class, not sure if you can do it on the 2010. It would be nice though

I am sure you have seen it on other cars.. the two lines guide you visually on your estimated trajectory.

My wife's 2010 E300 also doesn't have them, what gives?

Is there a way to turn them on or off?

since the car has the auto folding mirror, I do not think the lines are going to be that useful.
my dad's S550 has both folding mirror and lines on the screen and I prefer looking at the side mirrors.

There are no lines. I learned that the bottom of the picture is exactly where the rear bumper is and stop accordingly. Having driven cars with the lines though, it is a better system.

I agree the lines make everything better ,all of my other cars have them and I seem to back them in straight every time but every time I park my E350 it's crooked some how,I have the 2011 QX 56 it has a rearview and a over head view and I think its the best camera system on the market
