Looks good! I love them. Staggered as well, that would look great. What color is your E550? Would look best on black, white or silver IMO.

Go big or go home! Definitely 20's. Getting 19's would be very subtle and not noticeable. 20's will look awesome but in order for it to look right you'll have to get lowering springs. Do you have the airmatic suspension?

Yes on the airmatic, but my shop has mentioned they have a couple of options, one option is with a kit which I can adjust from my laptop (or so they say). May just go with the links any thoughts?

Here is a lowered E550 coupe with 20's

Never heard of a kit that you can control with your computer but that would be a "cool" feature but kind of a PIA.

That pic of a lowered E550 coupe looks bad ***. After that pic, I definitely think you should do it. Just get a lowering kit if the airmatic allows you for it. The more you mess with the electronics in the car the more reason the dealer has to blame you for any electrical component that may fail.

Do you have any other plans for the car? Are you going after the "murdered" look? One thing I would love to see you do is get your brake calipers painted since you are getting new shoes for her.
