I cannot see where to add that as an option?

I have it, but its not standard. It came with P2 Package. My dealer told me that they are putting it on all 2011 E550s, whether you want it or not. Cost is extra $110 or something.

115 volt AC. Outlet is located at the rear of the center console.

Primarily for gaming consoles for the kids, but also for laptop computers, small vacuum cleaners, anything less than 150 Watt draw.

Where exactly are you finding it?

I've got a early build 2010 E550 with P2 and am not seeing it.

Can someone post a pic?

It's located behind the dropdown door next to the 12V outlet.

Nope -- not there. The only thing next to the 12V outlet in the rear is the ashtray.

btw how did you get the Driver Assistance package and a wood/leather steering wheel? Multiple dealers told me they were mutually exclusive.

I had to order even though I also ordered the P2 package. They are NO LONGER including it in that package. It cost me an extra $115 but it is well worth it when trying to change laptops and other things like that.

Well done MB. Just one more reason I switched from S4 to MB.
