If they add these option for the Canada market I don't see why we couldn't special order them for USA delivery. If I buy another E class I will have to see if it's possible, or start researching the possibility of buying a Canada car and bringing it to the US.

I ordered my 2010 E550 4 matic and I was quite surprised that did not have power folding mirrors, buy found out that the heated steering wheel was an option on the dealer's build sheet and I have it on my car.

You could visit their MB Canada website and try and build your E-class there. Its about $10K+ difference + taxes then you got to change your speedometer to miles I think. All I know about this is people are doing it the other way around buying from the U.S and taking it back to Canada maybe not MB's because they make you sign some papers which prevents you shipping your car outside the U.S in the first year since production.
