I think u r screwed. I think you can only buy the whole assembly. Check parts.com for cheaper prices, maybe check ebay too. I dont think the install is that hard, maybe you could install it yourself.
Good luck.

E350 Coupe
Don't know about Mercedes. But the dealer price being that high probably includes the ballast. Normally you can use the ballast from your current light especially with your car since just the lens cover is broken. The cost of the ballast is normally about half the cost of the entire assembly. The ebay price above would sound about right if it uses your current ballast. Although removing the bumper is a PITA you may not have to totally remove it to get the headlight out. You probably will have to remove the inner fender liner also. I upgraded the headlights on my G35 coupe. Single headlight with ballast $760 a pair without ballasts $585.

I'd recommend using this as an excuse to get E63 lights (with the smoked insides as opposed to chrome), if you like that look.

That is very sad because in the past M-B was very good at supplying the consumables eg just the lense at very reasonable prices and this is what built great brand loyalty.

Not any more I guess,

Bill

sometimes you get lucky and if an Asian aftermarket manuf deems a car model
has broad enough user base, they'll cobble up a lens cover. but I've not been
able to find one for your model.
