If you've lost your owner's manual for the W212 COMAND, you can download a pdf copy here: http://www.mercupgrades.com/Mercedes...rticle-60.html
Scroll down towards the bottom under "COMAND" and click on: MY2010 USA & Canada W212-E & W207 E Coupe COMAND APS NTG4 manual.

I usually do too. But when I actually read it (the COMAND manual is 225 pages) then I didn't have to wonder why you can't scroll through presets when you actually can.
This forum is littered with people too jaded to bother with reading instructions, but have no qualms about asking basic questions from others.
COMAND is known for being an unintuitive system. I'm sure you'll be here asking harder questions (scrolling for presets was an easy one. )
Anyway I was trying to be helpful. Thank you. You're welcome.
