MB Parts Online!! anyone else hate them???
Hello drivers of Mercedes Benz.
I made an online order on the 7th of this month, and today STILL have not recieved my order....anyone have any GOOD remarks about this company?
I have been going back and forth with someone there and they're 'help' has been nothing short of absurd the entire time......THEN when I mention a 'thread on the boards of how much they suck', it's back to full attentiveness.......
they charged my card of course.....the day after the order.....but here it is over 10 DAY LATER, and I still have zero to show for it......
for spending 600 bux on 'stuff' I feel like a chump for even shopping with them........how can they treat someone this way?
sure, sometimes things are on back order......but wouldn't you want to keep the customer informed and up to date to avoid they're discontent?
This is just my thoughts on the comapny: dead in the water.........

what did you order? Maybe they didn't have it in stock or something. that isn't an excuse, they should email you what is going on.

crap, I forget the rest, LOL.........yeah, I could have gone to the dealer, but I guess we pay a 'price' for less expensive......

haha, well finally got my order....all in all, it's fine...
but I am still incredibly adamant about not shopping there again......
anyone know if there are particular all weathers for the 63?
yeah, I know, not the 63 board......
but the amg petal things were not accounted for....(left foot still covered)
I'd have to hack part of the all weather off it I want my foot on the stainless steel business
also the sun shade seems lesser than the other one I have, they're
the same....
the car cover.....have not tried it yet, but it is for w212....L and R rear sunshades for the passenger windows; we'll see.....anyone ever use those? they seem okay......got that silly collaspable shopping crate for toys and books, LOL.....and a cargo net for the boot....
have a hood badge(gm15) on the way from jb speed, and some clear side markers on standby....also planning on removing all badging (63)
should have a slightly different vibe....
Planning on keeping the orange bulbs, for the dredded egg yolk look, but if it bothers me that much I'll take action, lol........
still hunting for wheels..........but in no hurry

i have a set of weather tech mats in my C63. simply the best all weather mats i have ever used. try them. a little pricey and you cant find them discount anywhere. the price is the price is what i found. but i love mine. good luck!

Hey Hype,Ive been dealing with MB online for 10 yrs and you know what I found? Anything they have you can get cheaper on ebay or somewhere else.
Floor mats for instance,,,they want 150 or something for them correct?,,I found them on ebay for 110 shipped,,same all weather heavy rubber ones,,same part number.Just an example,,as for customer svce?? Well you just found out how that is

As soon as I read this post I knew it was you. Its one thing to post customer feedback in a positive or negative way, but it is another to spread false accusations. You have threatened us since day one that if you did not get your way you were going to post negative information about us in the forums.
To anybody that is reading his inaccurate post, the simple fact was that one of his items was on back order from the manufacturer. He was fully aware and he had the option of waiting or getting a refund. It is impossible to know the status of every part Mercedes Benz has in regards to availability. Customer insisted that since it was on our website that we should provide it immediately. Due to the backorder situation with Mercedes Benz (which was fully explained immediately after the order) there was no way to send him the part “immediately”. He stated if he doesn’t receive the part now “karma” will get us and he’ll blast us on the forums. I do not intend to have a back and forth regarding this matter on the forum and if anybody has any questions and/or concerns regarding this matter please feel free to contact us.

I did read it, perfectly fine.. I'm not being negative, i stated that your complaining some of the things your ordered were on backorder, and you recieved them 11 days later. Thats not that bad at all. I find it even funnier that Ann Marie called you out and you had no response.. And yes you have plenty of freedom of speech on a forum.
