Looking for price check on '11 E350 Lease

Got an offer to waive the last four months of the lease on my '08 C300 + $1,500 loyalty incentive.

Am looking to get '11 E350 with P1 package.

Any idea what a fair deal would be given going rates, specials, etc.?

I'm in Las Vegas.

Thanks

Being a lease there are so many variables to consider. You do know the 2012 E is about a month away from hitting dealers which will have better engines with higher output and better fuel efficiency right?

Do you mind helping me think through all of the variables? I fairly blindly went into negotiations on the C300 so would like to be better prepared this time.

I did not realize that about the 2012 but am willing to consider trade-offs between being able to negotiate harder on the 2011 vs. the additional benefits of the 2012.

Thanks a bunch.

Leases are so complicated I'm not really the best person to go through that. What I can tell you is the following matter a lot..

Your credit score.
Interest rate. (money factor)
Discount on car.
Your state's tax law on automobile leases. Chicago, IL is one of the worst.
How much out of pocket at lease inception in addition to fees. It's not a good idea to put money down on a lease.

Honestly... The only reason to lease is if you're writing it off as a business or you have to have a new car every 3 years. But if you want to get rid of that lease inside of the term, you're basically screwed unless you get someone else to take on your lease.

Mercedes nickels and dimes us to death when it comes to leasing unless you jump in to another lease right away. My advice, buy it if you can...Better yet, buy a 2011 less than 1 year old and you'll save thousands right away.

You should be able to get an aggresive deal. Do you have a conquest vehicle?

I always get a loyalty discount when re-upping into a new MB lease, it counters the conquest discount you could get elsewhere

Combining the loyalty program with the dealer's discount resulted in a lease of $588 and $500 drive off for a 39 month / 10K per year / E350 4Matic, P1, Leather, Folding Rear Seats, and Rear Spoiler.
