Leather upholstery
Does anyone have a guess at what percentage of E350s are ordered with leather interiors?

Note that on the leather seating option the pattern runs lengthwise to the car. (Does not have to be this exact color).

Dealers around here lease most of their cars.

Canada is 75% ARTICO, 25% leather on E350 sedan. Wagons tend to skew a bit higher on leather (higher net worth customers). For 2012, leather will be standard on E350s.

2012 CLS63
I couldn't spend like that and not get leather....as far as led plate lights, I had to add those to my 550, as I am tomorrow to my 62.....
the side mirror lights would also be very nice led-ed......
wouldn't all agree?

To the best of my knowledge"
Externally, the 2012 e350 will look no different than a 2011 with the Luxury package and P2....unless you look closely at the headlights because the 2011 P2 has the bi-xenons. I believe the license plate light bulbs are changed to halogen as well but of course you can do that to a 2011.
Internally, the 2012 will be identical to 2011 e350's built after (somewhere around) July 1 in the US which already include the new more colorful dash and command 4.5 with the ipod/media connections in the center console and the smaller SD slot on the dash.
The biggest change is unseen...the engines...although the BlueTec remains unchanged. There is also some incremental change to the transmission allowing the use of lighter weight fluid which supposedly increases fuel economy.
