Need More Light

Tried to take additional photos of the PIAA Precious Whites on the E350 at dusk to avoid some of the glare. It's hard to capture the true effect of the bulbs and light quality.

dbtk, thanks for posting the pics up I appreciate it. Glad to hear your back online the cleanup from the storm has been very difficult so I've heard.
So you'd say compared to stock there's a noticeable difference in light output right?

MBCLS550, Thanks. Yes, it has been a trying 5 days. I had to ditch my BMW at a local hotel...I just shipped it back to CT replete with 35 series performance tires...surely ill-suited for anything more than a dusting of snow let alone 12".
Here are some drive shots for reference. The bulbs are definitely better than the stock bulbs but no where near real HIDs. Good enough for DIY easy install.
Also included a shot of the 600 playing in the snow for kicks.

I have 6000K on the 600 HID aftermarket kit. On the E350 I have PIAA H7 bulbs at 4800K, so it looks pretty good. Stock appearance, brighter than stock H7s but not as strong as stock xenons.

Adjust headlights?
I don't drive a lot and mostly in city so headlights not a big issue.
I was disappointed in the lights, so I asked at "A" service if they could adjust it upward. Tech said it had been set at lowest level and they adjusted it to highest. Much improved.
Not really more light, but it goes further down the road now.
