This is sick!! Do you think it's legal in California? Don't want it to be a reason to get pulled over.

 

Does anyone know the type of LED's used. I can perform this mod and make a tutorial while I do it, I just want to have the leds on hand first.

I'm looking to do this mode as a DIY -- white leds on the side mirrors on when the vehicle is.

Does anyone know if the side mirror receives a constant 12V+ when the vehicle is on? Need to know is there is a wire to slice off of or whether 12V+ constant will need to be found within the door. I'm trying to keep this simple and not disassemble the door.

Just thinking about it, I can't see the motor or side mirror or puddle light needing a constant 12V+when not in use.

Will post DIY once successful. If anyone has a side mirror wiring diagram/pinout, that would be awesome. Thanks
