Good afternoon:
Just read through some of the reecent postings. Just wanted to respectfully correct a few of the comments. The sticker on the SL Black was just a few coins shy of $300 K. Some went for a bit more if you were unfortunate enough to buy yours from a particularly arrogant dealer. The car you observed in Cary was delivered in San Diego , January 16 2009. It was, according to MB , the 1st North American delivery. There are less than a handful of red ones. There are no chips on the front. as was stated.
Of particular humor was the Ff posting. I own both the SL Black and the Pearl white 458. The childlike creature with the FF works for Ferrari and has a vast knowledge of the brand including mechanism of all of the cars in the Ferrari lineup! Would tend to believe what he says!
Would definatly be interested in an MB corner at C&C. Have an SLS Black Series scheduled to be delivered in August. Build begins tomorrow!

that sounds incredible! sorry about the paint chip comment, I thought I saw some on there once, but I'm obviously mistaken....
both of the cars you brought gained so much attention!
if you bring your SLS it would be amazing! I've only seen two others there and one belonged to the Raleigh dealership, the other a Gent from VA who is also a member here I think....having a Benz section would be really awesome, there's always been an organizing issue however hehe.....
I'd certainly love to park next to either of your Benz with my cls

I travel a bit myself and occasionally miss. I used to own an SLS. The car coming is the new Black Series iteration which is rather brutal. Rumor has it that Leith.celebrate the car's arrival with a party! Might want to ask Mike Bywater about the possibility. He is Leith MB on Capitol Blvd.
I hope to get a used one someday possibly.....
the next meet is on the 3rd of August
but I doubt the black will be done

Matte meteor gray. Saw a C63 Black in Alfalterbach.... Stunning. Hope it works as well on the SLS! Guessing car will be wrapped in plastic and sitting at dock in DE on August 3. From dock to delivery on last SLS was 3 weeks !

the turnout today was great, lots of nice cars including this very nice 2014 SLS BS
one of the dealers brought the new S Class too.......

Hello People, I am New here, Want to introduce Myself, I am Keith, I also live around Wilmington, NC area. I am proud owner of 2007 E63 AMG. I hope to rub elbows and share some stories soon. This is older Picture, Original grill may go back in and a set of 7 point Vossen 20 inch wheels It will be where I want it.
