What 3 things do you love most about your car?
Given the fact that this Forum runs a little high on the statistical logical basis lately, and lacking in that adoration and passion that defines car enthusiasm that I see in most other Forums, I figured this might be an interesting Topic.
We've all heard those who think that M-B giving the option of having the most durable, leather-like, high quality vinyl seats in the business isn't cool, or those that think a whopping 30 less HP (2010/2011 models) than competing models V6's is unacceptable (nevermind the fact that most E drivers Granny their cars and don't tap into a fraction of that power), or that our gizmo's don't match "their gizmo's", even though our cars are the most Reliable in Class for a good reason.
Also, never mind those who say "A $50K car should have xxxxxxxxx", when this $50K car has the highest usage rate of High-Strength/Ultra High Strength Steels in the history of cars (at the time of its launch), won Awards for "Best Body Structure" over an Audi R8, Jag XJ, BMW 5-Series, etc., and uses Steels ("MEGA High Strength") so strong you won't find them on any cars but the E-Class and following M-B upper-segment models. Which result in after crash footage where the E-Class looks like it wasn't flicked, while it's closest competitor (5-Series) has a caved in roof. Also, never mind that with that $50K price and all that's built/designed/engineered behind and into it, without the Options that some buyers complain about not having even though they could have paid up for them, that M-B posts the lowest profit margins of its competitors, meaning it costs MORE to build an E-Class than it does a 5-Series/A6/Etc., in its BASE form....
Never mind all that!
I'll start:
1: Exterior Design and fit an finish (best in Class by far, IMO).
2: Safety and all that is engineered into it, including historical lineage and the results they proved worked in the real world.
3: Interior comfort/workmanship/fit-finish and Design.
*Bonus*: The history, lineage, and bloodline it follows, and how well and close it harkens those M-B Sedans of yore (W126, namely), while still looking progressive and forward.

2010 E350 Luxury Sedan, Engine 272 (V6)
1. Exterior styling, especially on Luxury version
2. Interior styling, including instrument and COMAND control layout on dash. Especially like the console without a useless shifter stuck in it.
3. The Star on the hood.

I agree with 3MBs...KA covered everything thoroughly. The one thing I would add is the extreme sportiness and driveability for a four door sedan. It is absolutely amazing. However, the down side is, now that I have added the Sprint Booster, it becomes addictive to drive it in the "Sport" mode and keep your foot in it a little longer, thus killling your gas mileage...But it sure is FUN!!!

1-I love the power of my 550
2-style of car
3-safety features(and MB backs it up)
4-auto high beam
5-hockey stick led dtrl
6-airmatic suspension
7-lighting across dash and doors at night
8-build quality/fit and finish
9-interior space, front and back
10-amg wheels and steering wheel
I could keep going on about the car, just not the electronics and COMMAND. Sorry, couldn't name just 3.

1.) SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY (Most of you know why I care so much)
2.) Unique body styling. The 5-series is a joke in comparison.
3.) Dynamic seats.
4.) 550 power.
5.) Fantastic HIDs.
6.) Ambient interior lighting.
7.) Power seat controls on door with lit surround at night.
8.) Unique LED DRLs. However these are gone for 2012.
9.) Heated seats steadily back off the intensity. MB is the only automaker I've experienced this wonderful feature with. I really don't understand why some people don't like this feature. It makes perfect sense!

10) Harmon Kardon 650 Watt Surround Sound. The bass response is one of the best for an OEM system.
11) Distronic Plus
12) The Ample use of Wood in the interior, especially on the center aisle, and the aluminum accents on the wood along the dash and doors
13) 550 Torque and Gearing of the 7-speed transmission
14) Gas Mileage on the 550 (26 on the hwy!)
15) Sport wheels on the 2010 E550

Great points!
Some out of many that I really agree with:
-Amazing HID's and all the tech built into it (adaptive, cornering, auto high beam).
-Gorgeous ambient lighting (5-Series for example doesn't even have it on the center/dash wood area).
-Declining Heated Seats (I don't know why others complain about it as well).
-Star on hood.
-Unique grille (only 1 of two M-B's that have this grill) that looks both classic and modern at the same time.
-AMG Wheels.
-HOCKEY STICK DRL'S! (A W212 with hockey's and especially HID's could be mistaken for nothing else but a W212!).
-One of the most high quality A/C units I've ever seen/felt (much higher end than what is on the CLS, upcoming SL, and practically any other Benz).
-Column Shifter (fits this car perfectly).

Excellent opening to this thread.
So here are my three. Not easy to limit this to just three by the way.
1. Engineering
2. Style, inside and out.
3. How I feel after driving it.
And everything else everyone else has said.

Really everything so it's hard to pick just a few.
1. Overall ride quality and steering, exactly what I want on the luxury with 17s.
2. Matching of the diesel with the 7spd is perfect for my driving style.
3. Interior design especially dash layout, command setup, and ambient lighting.
4. Outstide style including all light design and just how it looks amazing for a big car, back and front.
5. Safety and heritage this car has.
6. Electric seat control, I drive with the seat probably 8-10"s back from where my wife does and this the only really nice setup I've seen where I can adjust the seat easily before getting in.

1) The "carved from a single billet of steel" feeling of the body structure. Solid feeling and fantastic ride from the Luxury Bletec setup.
2) The design. Inside and out. Interior and Exterior show real thought and meticulous attention to details. Unlike many here, I have to really dig deep to find a nit to pick.
3) The intangible quality that makes me always take one last look before turning the garage light off.

Mine does too. A true beautiful design is one that can be popular, i.e common, yet still stand out at the same time. A cleanly and lightly/tastefully modded, and clean E is always a stand-out to me, and to those who come across my car as well, it seems.
