The Best of Mercedes & AMG
EDIT: Yes, Merc p/n "A 204 683 05 94" is a perfect fit for my car. Thanks everyone for the suggestion and ECS for having it available!

it fit perfect in my C-class & E coupe, but for the sedan it doesn't really have the right shape.
easiest solution is like Mud says: just pop the the chrome trim on the ashtray & voilla!
Perhaps Konigstiger might chime in, if he has that info.
Looks just like the pics from HBerman and tjkaz posted in this thread.

Just want to post what i did as replacement of the Ash Tray. i made my custom iPhone Holder and a charger for my W212. I wish the plug and cable are both black but this sits perfectly on the slot where the ashtray is. I put a velcro at the bottom to make it stable and does not wiggle around.
It costs me 15$, 10$ for the cradle and 5$ for the cable and USB plug...

Seems like Part number: 204 683 05 94 is NOT the to get as it does not fit right.
Rather purchase the entire replacement part which includes the 12v power and matt with assembly as stated by XXGenericSNXX: Part: 212 680 53 50
Do I have that correct.
Thanks,
-Nigel
Why go through all this trouble with a complete new part that has a very small storage compartment area?
why not take the cigarette trim off the try like i did. ...or better yet, remove the cigarette tray entirely and put a custom cut flat rubber floor piece in there? if you did the latter, you would have so much more space for house keys, phone, wallet, etc... amazon resellers sell flat rubber mats that have nice grip on the bottom and decent textures on the top to keep things from moving around or making noise when driving in corners and over bumps.
