You have two options, replace with in-expensive one piece rotors and keep replacing them as needed.
Or replace with RB light weight true high performance two piece rotors for more than just to eliminate warping & vibration, but substantially increase the performance due to lighter weight. In the long run it's actually cheaper than 1 pc because these two piece rotors can last 3 times longer than 1 pc.

E550 brakes are very good for performance without any special racing parts. Just get regular rotors with life time warranty and put them on.

a word to the wise
Had vibration under braking and my independent shop said wheels were severely over-torqued which can cause uneven wear. Last torqued by a dealer but no real recourse on a wear and tear item. I never knew this was an issue before, so I will make sure to request they don't use a wheel gun next time I get any wheel/tire work done.

Guys, let me put this as unambiguously as possible; if you have a w212 with the big engine, the OEM brakes are horrible. I’ve had them replaced 3 times, that’s 12 rotors, and not a month went by that either the front or the rear warped within weeks. The first set was replaced by the dealership, the other two by my local Mercedes mechanic, who only repairs Mercedes Benz, so he knows what he’s doing. Finally I replaced them with a set of Centric rotors, front and rear, and for the first I’ve since I’ve owned this car, the brakes don’t pulse; it’s going on 6 months pulse free now. If your brakes are pulsing, don’t waste your money on OEM replacements. Get a quality aftermarket set of pads and rotors. Unless you like throwing money down the drain.

So I have been reading about these Mercedes OEM brakes warping and generally being garbage. So my question to the forum is this solely Mercedes fault for their inability to package and ship rotors. What do I mean, Mercedes ships their rotors on hangers, not in boxes and no protection, and they get destroyed in transit.
I dug a deep rabbit hole and jumped into it. Confirmed that Mercedes ships their rotors to dealers in a manner that they get destroyed. I ordered mine from Mercedes and the pictures tell you where I am coming from. What have you guys experienced or think of this theory?
I ended up ordering Zimmermann from FCP and plan to install next weekend.

2014 E550 and has the pulsation issue, dealer replaced and have the pulsating issue again after 10k miles (I drive mostly highway). Went to replace myself and found out all the wheel lugs and caliper bolts were over tighten from dealer (Nanuet). Had another dealer (Wappingers) just break everything loose and Re torque properly, while checking for a turn signal issue. Purchased Zimmerman rotors and Pagid pads from FCP Euro. I just replaced everything today. Pads were good (OEM Brembo) but Rotors looked weird. The drilled holes on the backside of both rotors were clogged up with brake dust - every hole - and each hole had over heat marks.
I’m not sure if the over tightening or the clogged holes. I
can’t say for sure, but I leaning toward the rotor being defective or the pad material being defective by building up on the holes. Something isn’t right with the chemistry...
