I leave it on because it has the clock on it... The analog on the dash is pretty and all, but I don't have time to try and tell what time it is while driving. I also wear an analog watch because it looks good, but I don't really look at it to tell time (I work at a computer all day, so plenty of clocks on my desk if I need to know time) lol

The one in my 2015 is excellent in my opinion, certainly better than the one in my Audi A6 and 2012 5-series. Frankly, IF a Ford Fiesta or Hyundai Whatever has a better camera, doesn't exactly mean I'm off to go get one!
I bought my Mercedes due to it being a better OVERALL vehicle. Could a few things be improved? Always. Is it a superior vehicle than most cars on the road? Absolutely.

what if change factory camera out for a different one from ebay , will the quality be better??? or there is no point since its only used for 10-30 seconds

You should've seen our Range Rover's (horrible)! Our 2016 Escalade is about the same as our 2014 E class. I have a new 2016 C300 loaner from Mercedes right now, the camera is amazing compared to my 2014 E350.

I think guidelines are personal preference but image quality and image position is a must and the MB setup is absolutely terrible. I can read part of my license plate the cam is positioned so poorly (pointed too far down at the road) and the image quality is junk. No audible sensors either?
Honestly the entire entertainment/nav system is far far below the competition. The Nav system looks like an Atari 6400. How do you have a nav system that wont put your next turns up on the screen until you get within a mile of the turn? The nav map actually turns around your car on the screen too instead of your car (the arrow) turning on the map making the east coast of Florida sometimes literally spin around to the left side of the screen (N becomes S, etc). It really is the worst system i've seen in a car.
