2013 E350 Wagon, prev 2005 ML 500 SE
2013 E Wagon build info
Just an fyi for anybody with a 2013 E 350 Wagon on order. Mine was likely the first 2013 wagon order from Minnesota.
My dealer now has a build date of Aug 9 so estimates it gets to MN
in mid-Sept. The wagons are just built "once in awhile" as MB produces
so few. This is likely from the first production run of 2013 wagons.
I have no idea if MB will only build wagons that are sold or if they will
also make some for dealer inventory.
Anybody else have one on order??
Anxiously waiting.....

Congrats. What I don't understand is why Parktronic isn't available on the wagon.

choices. E Wagons are the "red headed stepchild" in the MB family. No offense meant to any red headed step children that read this
Which came first, the chicken or the egg?? MB does nothing to advertise the wagons, dealers rarely carry any in stock, and then they cry that there is no market for wagons in the US.
Have you seen some of the hot European ads for the Audi A6 ? It makes me want to buy one--except it isn't available here....

I could drive from MN to Texas in January for my bike club ride, loaded
up with bike, wife, and gear at 75/80 mph with one fuel stop.

Congrats. I will be ordering my 2013 wagon very soon. They actually do produce quite a few for the European market, so they are certainly many already built, especially since models come out earlier in germany.

I've got a 2013 wagon on order. I had a 2012 ordered and it arrived in May but there was a mistake in the order so I did not take the car and a new one was ordered. It takes a long time to get a wagon. The order was submitted late June, the dealer did not get the allocation until mid July. Build date is Oct. 8, delivery expected Nov. 21. I hate waiting!
