I bought MB E-300 Avantgarde here in the Philippines last August 29, 2012. Reading the net I heard rumors that the current model will have major exterior change. Is this true? Coz im afraid I just bought a new car and next year new models will look different

Well the 2014 is a mid cycle facelift I believe.. So there are definately going to be major exterior changes to the car. Rumors have it that instead of 4 lights, it will be two like the C class. So if that actually is true then I think you will be happy with your 2012.

 

congrats and welcome aboard, dsj. i doubt there will be a "major" change as it's a facelift, not a new body style. however, if you think you'll lose sleep because of that, go back and i'm sure your dealer will work something out for a 2014 for you.

I like quad lights better too , it goes w/o saying this is an outlandish feature considering rest of MB family have composite lights
