New wheels and tires for my Black E550
Finally pulled the trigger and got my new rims and wheels yesterday. The pictures aren't the best and it has been raining for the past couple of days. Finally got a break in the rain and went out to take some pics.
I went with an aggressive package. Stance wheels 20x 8.5 .35 fronts wrapped in 255/30ZR20 Nitto Invo and 20x10.5 .45 machined to .43 wrapped in 295/25ZR20 Nitto Invo. The car has been lowered 1/2 inch all around with Air Adjustable Rides lowering links. The best part of all is that there is no rubbing!

wow, very clean sharp look ! i've noticed the side markers are smoked/tinted, planning to do the same to the tail lights, too? btw, what kind of bulbs did you use for the side markers?

That looks AWESOME! Trying to sort out wheels myself and understand how difficult the decision is. You did good for sure.

When I bought the car, it already had the smoke side markers. The original ones were in a box in the trunk. I guess the previous owner must have put them on.

I was just looking at it today and I am debating if I can lower it another 1/4 inch. I am tempted to give it a try. Maybe I will try it this weekend and test it out and see if there is still no rubbing.

wow 295's on these cars is pretty boss....did you consider an 11 inch width to enable 305's?
The wheels look great, but that word 'STANCE' would bother me on a daily.....
besides that they look so nice and simple!! bet cleaning them is a breeze....unlike
any of my damn wheels LOL......
time for a new sig pic

What does "20x10.5 .45 machined to .43 ..." mean? Was offset et45 machined to et43? The OP probably ment the opposite - wheels were et43 and they took out 2mm by machinning hub to make them et45. One can not machine hub offset to make it smaller (from 45 to 43). The only way to accomplish this is to add a 2mm spacer to "make" offset et43 from et45.

Try lowering it another inch. It should look be flush. It would just right too, if it's lowered about another inch.

Ya, math is off a bit. If wheels were et45 and they were machined out 2mm then the offset now is et47 (still very aggressive offset for 10.5" wide wheel). I understand it was required due to wheels are 10.5" wide instead of 10".

Well, I never got around to lowering it. I am still debating it. My friends shot a video of me driving my car down the street and I think it looks good ride height. Let me know what you guys think.
