VOSSEN wheel question. Mike? ;)

Hi guys!

I am considering and purchasing a set of VOSSEN wheels.

Can anyone tell me what fits my S212 2012 model? It's not a 63AMG but a 200CDI.

Want 20 ". CV3 only fits E63AMG? Have VOSSEN made wheels with proper ET and width to fit my car? Wheel data would be great (ET, width etc)

What models would possibly fit?

Thanks for the reply!

Front and back?

Thanks for your answer Mtl20v, but 10,5x20 in the back with ET40 will just stick waaaaaay to much out from the fender. Have 10x20 in the back now with ET38, this is approx. 1/3" outside the fender.

I'm sure you already know, but one thing to look out for is rubbing on the spring plate. Flush fitment with a 10.5 rim means the inside of the tire will be very close to the spring plate. Soo running a stretched tire is a must. I would think rear 20x10.5 285/25 45et might work.. still close to suspension. for the front 245/30 20x9 40 et.. I would look more into it and ask people with these wheel widths are running.

Hey bud, just saw this, let me double check with our fitment guru's and I'll have an answer for you quickly. We came out with 20x10 just for Mercedes E/C class for better fitment and we are hub centric for Mercedes.

Weird. I'm running a 19x10 +40 with a 275/30/19 in the rear of my wagon and it sits a little in.

Mike - I am running a 2011 E550 and wondered what the most aggressive wheel / tire combo I could do without lowering the car or modifying fenders. Like the idea of 19's for ride comfort and looks. Specifically chasing the CV4. Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike
Do you think VVS CV5 will fit prefectly in my E350? And what is your opinion about the size? I'm thinking about either 19" or 20".

Got answer from Allen at Vossen wheels yesterday. He said the 9x20 et32 and 10,5x20 et42 will fit my car. The S212 had the same fitment as E63.

Thanks for your help. Will order from my dealer today

Best regards

I'm running a 19 x 8.5 + 27 in the pics of my car above. It rubs on large dips with a 245/35/19 tire

20x9 +32 in front will stick out about 1.35mm more than my setup.

If you were running 20x8.5 with a 27et, or even lowered your car, it would be much more noticeable that your wheel sticks out past the fender.

I think so too. I did a sample here below from willtheyfit.com and this is what I got.

I spec'd it out compared to my rears which 19x9.5 et35.

http://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php...&Submit=Submit

I sit pretty much flushed with this rear setup. it looks like it will stick out about 5.7mm more from my 35et.

The wheel is a +35 and I'm running an 8mm spacer because the wheel was hitting the caliper = +27

You must have the smaller brake caliper e350 that can fit those wheels without spacers.

I've has 2 different 2012 wagons and the calipers changed mid-year. The second one (black in the pics) required the spacers to clear the 4 piston monoblock calipers. But they fit my other 2012 wagon without spacers.

So these recommended sizes/offsets will sit the wheels flush with the fenders (without fender mods) at stock sups heights?
