Ok so then going with E63 19" wheel and tire set up is safe for the E550, correct?

Yes. However, the E63 uses 285 in the rear which gives you a .2 difference. If you use 295 there will not be any difference between the front and the rear. I have 295 on 20's on mine slammed with no rubbing. The offset of the wheel that you intend to put on may be a factor on whether you can put 295's on without rubbing.

Them I am going with 245/35/19 & 285/30/19 set up. It gives identical overall diameter and enough room to fit the tires with proper E63 wheel offset.
