2011 e350 4matic owners please chime in
I just paid off my 2006 c230, its been a great car but am really ready for an upgrade. currently i am looking at 2011 e350 4matics and am looking for owner's opinions.
if you could go back and get a do over would you still buy one or get something else?
there is one i am considering that has 61k miles which other than the mileage seems to be the exact car i would want options and color wise, - would that amount of mileage scare you? should i spend extra to get something with less miles that would still have some warranty left?
thanks for your time,
Bill

I would only do it if you are a low mileage driver, can warranty it up to 100 or 125k and are getting a good deal considering... on the bright side if they have been doing 30k miles a year at least, would assume all highway. Check service records etc. and make sure you have it checked out...

thanks for the replies!! i only drive about 10k per year and only about 10 miles round trip to work each day. i guess i should keep looking and spend a little more to get something with more reasonable miles.

Always go with low mileage, you cant go wrong for the extra $$$. I just picked my E350 Sport 4 Matic up yesterday and I LOVE IT. Best car i have ever owned, its my 3rd benz and they only get better as the newer ones come out. It is AWESOME!!!

+1 on the low mileage stuff. When you buy used, you really want as much warranty as you can get. You never know what the previous guy did to the car. Especially these cars because of how expensive they are to fix!

Low mileage is not necessarily better than a higher mileage car. If a car has done almost all highway miles, i.e., at highways speeds it is *far* better than lower mileage in stop and go city traffic.
Back to your question, would I do it again: yes, but I would get the wagon instead of the sedan for practicality. I also find the E350 is bit underpowered. The V8 would be much more entertaining but this is personal preference.
Good luck

2013 E350 4M Wagon & 2013 C350 4M Sedan
I HIGHLY suggest that you get a 2012 with the new DI engine. It is faster, more efficient and has much better response than the old technology engines.
