New E owner, Another wheel thread - Bear with me!

Hey guys,

I hate to bring this up again as I'm sure this horse has been beaten to death, but even after lots of searching, lots of reading, I'm having a hard time getting the information I want.

A few questions -

With 8.5 inch wide fronts and 9.0 inch rears, which offset looks the most appropriate for someone who wants to retain an OEM overall look?

et 35 or et45?

The wheels I am interested in are commonly found in et35 and et45 on ebay. I've heard differing things regarding both as well as pictures where some 35s poke out too far for my taste, and other pics where 35s look perfect. On the same coin i've heard that et45s need a 5mm spacer in the front. Is that for looks or to clear brakes/control arm?

Lastly, here are the wheel's i'm most likely leaning towards, If anyone has pictures of these on stock suspension I'm anxious to see!

Thanks guys, those both look really good!

Does anyone know whether 8.5/9.5 x et45 require spacers in the front in order to not rub?

you can always go to a mercedes dealership by you and ask, they should have an idea if you need spacers or not, for my e350 I've ordered vvsvc3's 20x8.5 front and 20x10's in the back and i don't need any spacers.
btw congrats.
