2013 E350 Stopped in the middle of the street!
Exactly 31 days ago, I bought a brand new 2013 Mercedes E350. The other day I was driving it on the street going about 35mph. My car suddenly felt like it stalled and it just shut off. The car would not start. I tried several time to get it to start but it wouldn't.
I had it towed to the dealership. It has been there since yesterday and up to now they don't know what caused it.
2 questions: What the hell do I do lol. And how do I go about telling the dealership to give me a new one. Why would I want that same car back that broke down in less than 30 days?
Can anyone offer any insight please? Thanks in advance.

Honestly, it really depends on the dealer. Try asking for the general manager and make sure express your concerns. I havent been through this but I hope this can point you in some kind of direction. Good luck mate..

OP....make sure your problem is very clearly shown on the repair order at the dealer. If your car stalls again and as a result involved in an accident, you will have a record that the dealer did not repair the car....and your lawyer/insurance company will have a record of the problem for possible legal action.

Yes keep a record of your interactions with them. I also agree that a total stoppage is easier to diagnose than an intermittent issue that does not stop the car.
