To begin with I Loved my 2007 audi S4. I considered getting the new A6. I test drove one several times. I think the MB is a more solid, more refined car with superior finishing on the inside, and better service, performance and resale. I also though the 350 sport was a better daily driver, smother and more comfortable in economy mode than the a6 could be, with almost the same performance when in sport mode as the A6. Perhaps my mind will change in a few years, but after 6 years with my s4 as a daily drive I was ready to put comfort over sport performance.

I also think the E it is a "better" looking car in my own subjective way.

I am sorry this post is not as detailed I would like, but I did not want to wait any longer to respond.
