Should I be paying $38K for a 2011 P2 E350 with 32K miles on the car?

I paid $36,200 for 2010 with 21,500 miles, P1. MB made 2 payments of 600 each, total of 1200. In reality, I paid $35000.

Doesn't sound like a bad price. I would shop around. With the 2014's out, prices should drop a little. Mileage might be a little higher than I would like.

Jerzeyjoe-

Its just so difficult to find the P2s here in the north east. I refuse to pay that kind of money for a car and get halogen lights!

How do I qualify for the 2 payments from MB? This is the second time i am hearing of it.

It was a special MB financial was running in April, buy a CPO and finance it through them and they'll give you credit for 2 payments up to $1200 total.

+1 I just got a 2011 P2 E350 with 33k miles for roughly $35,500 including the $1200 from MB finance. It's a 2.9% financing. But I bet mostly everyone will pay this off after the first 2 months are paid for by MB Finance for $1200!

That seems to be a good price, was it CPO'ed?

Too high, negotiate lower - KBB says $39.2k, get some competitive offers from other dealers

Yes, CPO. I think we're buying an additional 2 years for 135k miles also. So that would be 4 + 1CPO + 2 = 7 years of warranty or 135k miles whichever comes first.

I have a 2011 CDI P2 and I would not buy an MB without the bi-xenon lights....P2 is a must have in my book, just for that one feature.

That is one of the factors that drove me to trade in my 2010 - poor lighting and very poor lighting in rainy weather.

Looks to be about correct if it's a CPO. Had you done it last month, MB Finance would have covered an additional $1200 off that price.
