2013 E350 front left engine noise

2013 E350 front left engine noise
I have a 2013 E350 with about 6,200 miles. Every time I start the car and begin moving forward, within the first 5-10 seconds the car makes a grinding/clicking noise from the front driver's side and you also feel some kind of notchy rattling in the foot area underneath the dash. This noise appears to be coming from the front left of the car and moves into the driver's side foot area. This can be duplicated every time you turn off the car and turn it back on. This only happens when you first start up the car and start moving.

Has anyone experienced this on a 2012 or 2013 E350?

Just guessing but most car ABS systems test cycle every time the car is started and then moves forward.

What you describe sounds like the anti-lock brakes going through there startup procedure. It can be felt in the floor and/or brake pedal I think you have nothing to worry about, but a quick trip to the dealer will verify that. Good think it is easy to reproduce.

So no one has experienced this? Really hope someone would chime in because the car is still at the dealer and it's been two weeks already...

I have tested out other E350 and they just have the slight clicking sound. Mine follows the click with "something" that sounds like something is engaging and then a few rattles in the gas pedal area...

It's obvious mine is alot more noticeable when I checked with other owners.
