The ride quality is good. The diameter for the 19s I got with these tires is actually the same as the factory 18s with the factory tires. The only difference I've seen so far is when you hit a bump or pothole you'll feel it more.

Funny! No it's not a secret, I just don't want to post prices since vendors discourage that stuff. I got it from VIVA Performance (http://www.vivaperformance.com/) . They haven't done much for Mercedes but they're starting to sell aftermarket parts for Mercedes and BMW now. He was a local guy here in Boston.

SoCalCLK, I am in the market for a set of rims and I like the monoblock vi very much do you mind to tell me what's your set up like offset , width and tire sizes etc?
