Neither my E90 nor my wife's B7 Audi A4 has anything but the seating surfaces and the steering wheel leather. Today's plastics are truly great and superior in many ways to genuine hide. I certainly don't feel cheated by it.

I don't mind it in heavy-wear areas either as it's far easier to maintain and looks basically as good in some circumstances. As long as it feels extremely close to real leather. Some areas need real leather though to truly have a premium feel. Another thing that's irreplaceable is the scent of leather. A car with all plastic insides will always smell terrible in comparison after a little while.

I am thinking my first mod is going to be to remove the "e350" badge because I hate it when there is only badge on one side and since I did not get 4matic it only says e350 on left. Rather than adding a fake 4matic on right to balance it ...

Does this convey the message "I am trying to hide what I got" ?

Dealer should have the ability to look up your car and where it's in the build process. Once it gets assigned to a ship you can search for that ship's name and find its route and ETA to port.
