I am not familiar with car fax so what do they report as "maintenance inspection"
Mercedes only require service once a year or every 10,000 miles. So those "maintence inspections" sound like a car that is frequently brought in for things going wrong with the car. It may be a troubled car especially after an accident.
I wouldn't, but I am not a person that buys used cars.
I would seek one that has a cleaner history. Even if you buy a warranty, having a car that needs frequent repairs will waste you time having to get stuff fixed and dealing with issue after issue.

My friend asked the same question. Why is the car being serviced every 3 months??? Mentioning, that is an alert there may be issues with the car.

The thing I would be worried about is why the battery was replaced three times. First when the car was brand new, second time at around 26000 miles and again at 41000 miles.
I would buy this car only if the dealer or MB gives a life time warranty for the battery/charging system.

I went to a mb dealer and they have an e class 2010 for $28,000 it has 48000 miles on it and its a cpo. 1 accident. . extend the warranty is war 19 month or 100,000 miles whichever comes first included in the price. after the 19 months I can extend it again for 135000 about $2500 Sports edition p1.
I have not negotiated the price yet but is 28000 some change is good. I'm using voice to text I'm sorry for any grammatical errors

I would not be worried about the mileage if engine oil has been changed by the schedule.

Depending on the severity of the accident. If its just a minor fender bender then not a big deal but if there was frame damage, then its difficult to get it repaired properly.
I would start at $28k drive out including the 7yr/135k warranty, TTL etc.

You didn't like the opinions we gave you the first time you asked about this car? https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...50-carfax.html
If you really want the car just buy it. No need to ask us for our opinions only to ask us again hoping that you would get the opinion you want.

If you don't appreciate his question - why do you even bother responding with this nonsense? There is no point in responding if you have nothing constructive to add.
He wants an opinion on the purchase of the car - if you don't have one - then don't reply to this thread. Pretty simple.

Hey Nadz, I completely agree with 2nice4me. If you wait another month or so even more 2010's will be coming off lease, possibly in your area. Most MB dealerships will offer the extended warranty as long as they are under 50k when they receive them, and without accidents. You may even get a 550 in the same price range. I would wait if you have no real reason to purchase right away. I also understand that another 4-5K can be a stretch towards a new luxury vehicle. They are great cars. Good Luck with your search.
