This is a repost from the W212 AMG forum since I hang out over there more often, but I thought more people here may find this info useful if they are potentially going to be buying a new E in the next couple of months.

When I went in yesterday to pick up my 2014 E63S yesterday, I was fortunate to qualify for fleet discount (AMA member). I had my sheet already filled out and had faxed it to the dealer weeks before.

We went through the transaction...the $2500 fleet discount was there appropriately. After I got home, I had an email from MB Fleet operations with an electronic copy of the certificate only it was a newly update version.

There was a change in October increasing the fleet discount on several 2014 modes (E, CL and SL). The discount went from $2500 to $4000! Needless to say, I emailed the buisiness manager at the dealership and he called and told me it was an oversight, the form changed recently and they didn't realize it. (I wonder if they would have figured it out on their own and called me...) They are going to cut me a check for $1500! Glad I read that email...

Thanks for that info.
I have ABA discount and it still says $2,500 for 2014 E-class. Can it be that there website not updated yet ?

P.S. I just went to MB website and checked whatever in their system. It still says $2,500.

Interesting...I just check also and saw the $2500.

The numbers I posted were off the form I was emailed FROM FleetOperations@mbusa.com AFTER I had purchased the car. I received the email about an hour after I finished with the manager.

Maybe call the Fleet office of MB USA and ask...I am still hopefull for mY $1500 refund

Dealers must be laughing all day when they charge above msrp for CLA250 and get $500 more from MBUSA.

Is the fleet discount on top of whatever price you've already negotiated from the dealer?

The fleet cert is already included on those 12k off deals on Rebates and Holdback thread.
That can be stacked on top of winter cert.

SO TRUE! It is the ONLY reason I would ever join. You just need to find the proper form online (I couldn't so I called and they faxed or emailed me the form).

That discount is added to what ever you negotiate. Don't tell them about AMA till after you have come to an agreement.

What are the incentive breakdown for the $12k deals? $5k winter clearance certificate, $4K fleet discount?

Can we stack the MBCA loyalty $500 on top of the $12K?

Har! If you Google "AMA Membership," it should lead you to the correct page. Have to admit, though, I was impressed once that they have live human beings answering the phone at midnight (don't ask why I was calling them so late).... Wonder if this can also be stacked w/ loyalty discounts....
