For MY2014, the + enhancement adds a temporary manual 'M' mode to the transmission.
"After the driver manually downshifts or upshifts via the steering wheel paddles, the transmission will automatically revert back to the automatic mode that was last used once a defined time interval has elapsed.
The current gear selected as well as a recommendation about when to shift gear appears in the MFI cluster display when the temporary 'M' mode is active, so that the driver can operate the vehicle as efficiently as possible."
