I have basically the same thing. Let me know how you like the eco button on the car. Love my car except for the eco button.

Thanks Guys,
Don, your car looks beautiful!
dbldpr, I'm kinda skeptical about the Eco start/stop feature. I experienced it on a couple of test drives and I'm not a big fan of it. But, I'll give it a chance and see how I get used to it.
Now, I keep watching and tracking the vessel on Marinetraffic.com. It left Southampton, UK this morning and is now in the Celtic Sea, on its way to the Baltimore VPC. I keep refreshing the webpage!!

I received info on how to disable the eco button. I just have to find a shop that can do it. Hopefully it will not void the warranty on the car. I just hate the hesitation. I am supprised it has not caused accidents yet. I hope you enjoy your new vehicle.

Thanks BenzV12,
I was tracking the vessel its on yesterday. I saw it leave the English Channel yesterday, after making a stop in Southampton, UK. Now that its out into the ocean, tracking is unavailable until it comes close to the US coast.
I'll be watching closely. Its due into the Baltimore VPC a week from today, then it has to be trucked up to NY for delivery. Can't wait to see it!

Your choice of options sounds VERY familiar and don't worry, you will LOVE the Eco function. It isn't as draconian as other make it out to be. It is simple to disengage (press a button) and doesn't take long to understand and enjoy. My mileage is certainly higher with it engaged.
I too couldn't wait as my 2014 came across the Atlantic, through the Panama Canal and finally into Long Beach, Ca for a delivery date a couple weeks later. I passed the time by reading the on-line owners and COMAND manuals so that when it arrived, I felt I already knew which buttons and features to start with.
Let us know any questions you might have, we're a friendly group.

Yes, I see that everyone seems very friendly here! I've been reading the posts in here since I ordered the car in early March and I've learned quite a bit already.
Sam, I've done the same thing - downloaded the owners and command manuals. I thought I was the only nut who would do that, so its good to see I'm not the only one.
Ph350- I have another car with heated seats and steering wheel, and they're a Godsend! Especially after the brutal winter we just had, I wouldn't dream of buying a car without them now.

I would advise you to familiarize with the MBrace function ( if you're not already familiar). May be download the app into the phone because you'll use that function a lot in the coming months. Don't forget that you'll have six months of free satellite radio as well.

Its getting closer! The Vessel "Salome" just passed the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel and is steaming up the Chesapeake to the Baltimore VPC. Can't be too much longer now! Hopefully its stay at the VPC will be a short one!
