Thoughts on this lease- 2014 E350 Sedan

I'm debating whether to pick up this vehicle and wanted to see what you guys think:

2014 E350 with Premium 1 Package
MSRP: 56,695
Selling Price: 46,500

$1995 down, 27 months, 7500 miles per year $453 including tax.

I won't be driving this vehicle a lot since it won't be my DD, so the 7500 miles is more than enough.

I'm tempted to even give up the P1 package to save another $50 bucks a month.

thoughts?

if you can provide the money factor, geographic location, you'll be able to get the best answer. but passes the eye test, looks like a great deal when compared to the MBUSA special offer
$51,900* MSRP

LEASE
$579/month for 27 months$4,873due at signing

Not sure if you are willing to travel up to Metro LA area. You should be able to squeeze another 1k off which translate to $30 off a month.

Good deal. Keep the P1.. A 56K car isn't that well optioned to begin with.

It's funny, the guy at the dealer said the same thing but I really don't have a use for the P1 package with the exception of the backup camera maybe.

Since it's a lease, I'm not stuck with the car and it'll be up to MB to sell the car down the road stripped down.

Thanks for the help everyone. I ended up grabbing the vehicle on a one pay lease with more options.

My neighbor (in San Diego) just came back from Keys in Los Angles and lease a 2014 E350 Sport with P1 (and keyless go) black on black for $1500 down and $499.00 a month for 27 months. I called tonight and they increased down payment by $500 for keyless go after 6 JUL. The monthly allocation is 1200 miles and if you are a recurring MBZ driver they will throw in wheels and dent package for free. Check it out!

I picked up my P1 with Keyless GO on a One Pay Lease that comes out to around $445 a month including tax for 24 months with 12k miles per year.

The money factory on my lease came in at .00071 and $795 acquisition fee. The total discount on my car was just shy of 12k. it was definitely the best deal from any of the other dealers in the area.

I agree. If anybody can find your deal they should go for it. It seems people do not shop around. Check out swaplease.com for those who do not know the process. I really do not worry about percentages just down payment, monthly mileage allocation and monthly payment. Everybody should know how to negotiate total price when setting up lease.
I would think this would be the forum to help those who want to lease and get the best deal. If I were, you you should share your best practices to the masses (in this forum). Because if I could find a deal you claim you got I would have jumped on it.

Knowing the factors of a lease which make up a potential payment is always wiser. Knowing what went into that payment being quoted is critical to insuring you have the right deal. Negotiating the deal correctly is knowing the factors which make up the lease - just focusing on a monthly payment is usually not advised when buying a car.
