Side mirror replacement
Glass is shattered on my 2014 E350, all else looks good including wiring. The passenger side broken mirror was caused by brushing against a traffic barrel in a congested construction area. The turn signal works and so does the blind spot indicator. Any information regarding this issue is greatly appreciated.

Had a similar incident occur. I wasn't happy with the quotes from the dealer or body shops ranging from $600-$1100. I searched online and local junk yards to find a complete mirror for $300. Took me an hour to remove the old assembly and install the new one.

The passenger side glass is cheaper luckily. Shop around, I had to replace the mirror housing on an old ML, dealer quotes started at $900 labor and parts, found another dealer gave me a discount on parts down to $350 and free labor...

They are european convex mirrors which is what i wanted. it was shipped in a short time frame as well (1 week i believe). $165 for both is a deal

Someone clipped my passenger side mirror in a parking lot. Only the glass part of the mirror needed replacement, the housing was fine. The dealer had it in stock and replaced it while I waited for $198.

My dealer had the mirror in stock. Total cost for the repair was $209.01. Slightly higher than your cost. I certainly can live with the difference.

Way damn expensive,please check on DIYAUTOMIRROR for better prices on quality products. I always source my mirrors from them, good services.
