What do you all think.. I am definitely adding a trunk lip spoiler and just wondering with the addition of a roof spoiler, would that be too much?

Also, any experience with these aftermarket ones? Amazon has them going for like $70 unpainted.

The car is 2010 e550 sedan

I'm talking about the AMG style .. I personally think the trunk spoiler for sure gives a nice touch ...

In any case, I am impatient and just went ahead and ordered both spoilers lol.. I couldn't wait any longer...

I will be ordering a grill from 55tech if someone wants to help out with that

Thinking about this one http://www.55tech.com/collections/w2...-style-grille#

you have to do what you think is right... if you're asking for advice, my advice is no roof spoiler, and decklid/trunk spoiler is the perfect statement of class...

guess what though, that's my opinion, and you may not like it, and if you like how both look on your ride, then I'm happy for you -- the 2010 e550 is a beaut

Good choice on both. I purchased aftermarket AMG styles online. And welcome!

Thanks! I am totally stoked!
I haven't seen the colour combination to often as well. Its like a gunmetal grey with a pano roof and an off-white interior. Its also the 4matic and I"m sure it has the sport package as it comes with the AMG wheels.

Any opinions for me on the grill?

I'm biased but a grill as close to stock e63 would be nice

Thanks Peter.

I actually wanted just the stock grill in black like this one here but they are sold out: http://www.55tech.com/collections/w2...te-black-grill

The trunk lid spoiler alone is a good improvement for the looks. This is how my first car was. My current car came with both from factory and in my opinion looks even better. And I do have the pano roof and the roof spoiled is also painted with the car color, which is steel gray. I don't think black would look as good on this car but a white car would be different.

Well I just ordered a glossy all black grill too. I'm going to have to put it all together to see if I should paint the roof spoiler glossy black or the colour of the car.. These are the hardest decisions I've had to make in a long time lol

+1 Pano with the Roof Spoiler ... makes the ride look like itis smoking along when just parked. Gotta have it matching the rest of the ride to include it into the entire curb appeal.

As you can see TOreal, it all comes down to personal choice. I personally like the look with the roof spoiler, others may think it looks "dumb" . Hopefully your decision will be based on what looks good to you and not what others think it should look like...

Roof spoiler is going down regardless, its a matter of choosing between painting it the colour of the roof or the colour of the car.. though my car is dark grey anyhow I think I may just paint it the colour of the car. I can't go wrong with either choice.

Thanks for all the input boys!

Here a picture of my car covered in ice last winter. And this is in very south. But hopefully shows you how my roof spoiler looks like.

samkimg also posted a good picture of one.

The other picture is of my first E with only the trunk lid spoiler. It kind of looks "naked" without the roof spoiler.
