The weather is fine, its not like its freezing here. Im in Oslo , and the weather was about 35 C every day past 10 days.
This car new price was 101k USD new, for example if you want E63 2014 the price in Norway is about 2 Million NOK. Thats 321k USD!
we have ridiculously high prices on cars in the world
Welcome, I believe Norway is not the most expensive country when it comes to buying cars , honestly I see no point of milking people's money cars are made for transportation regardless of brand

Milking people it is by the tax man. The price of the car is probably 2/3 taxes in Norway.
It makes all sense for collecting money for the government, like they would not have enough with all the oil they have...
its time for winter wheels yes, have to buy them..
Suggestion: why not use the 17" 5-twin spoke wheels for winter tires, eg.
Michelin 245/45 x 17" ? That's the exact winter set-up that I have for my car.

Exactly the thing i was thinking i will do. Thanks for suggestion!
Will buy some winter tires and change them, since the summertires is pretty low on thread. Are you shure they will not be affected by the salt on roads, since they do salt the roads in norway and it destroys the cars...
Welcome! I just came back from Oslo (from a Scandinavia trip) and I was most impressed by Norway. The scenery, people, cleanliness were all major pluses for me. Enjoy your car!

Yes, road salt is bad for alloy wheels and for the car. It would be a good idea to wash off the salt during the winter and to steam clean the winter wheels before you change back to summer wheels.
