Need advice on e350 purchase?
my w211 was recently in an accident and cost to repair was to much so vehicle was totaled.
I currently have a deal on the table for a 2014 e350 4matic, palladium silver, black mb tex, brown satin wood trim, split folding seats, heated steering wheel, 18 inch amg wheels, keyless go, rear deck spoiler, comfort box, P1 package, lighting package, lane tracking, and sport package.
Car is a cooperate car with 12K miles, sticker $64, 770, negotiated for $46,500

The negotiated price represents a 28% discount from list. Seems like a reasonably good deal to me, but make sure that the car has been properly serviced @ MB dealer and that it has had zero damage claims.

With MSRP of $64770, invoice would be ~$60305. At minimum you can get $3k incentive, so we're at $57305. 24mo/12k residual on e350 4matic is 67%, so as a very rough estimate depreciate car by 16.5% of MSRP, down to $46620 - right about where you've negotiated it down to.
Purely on price alone, it's not good nor bad - you're getting an average discounted car depreciated by the average amount for it's use. But considering that you still get new car residual (adjusted for mileage) you could get a killer lease deal. If I've done my math right, 24mo/12k lease on that should only be ~$350 per month before taxes.
